- Snowflakes are sold on a first come, first served basis
- Snowflakes will be reserved for a maximum of 3 days (from date of first contact with snowflake seeker) to provide time for payment to be completed. After the said period, should the transaction not be completed, the reservation will be removed and the order will be canceled
- If there is more than one snowflake seeker, the snowflake shall be taken home by whomever makes payment first
- The cost of Postage & Packing will include the cost of wrapping, packing and other relevant costs incidental to the shipping of the snowflake(s)
- No CODs or personal deliveries will be undertaken
- Should you wish to take home your snowflake from me at a bazaar that I am attending, full payment must first be made and bank-in/transfer of monies receipt must be produced at time of pick up
- As all snowflakes are thoroughly checked prior to shipping, no responsibility will be held on my part for any damage occurring during the transit of delivery
- Snowflake seekers shall be solely responsible for trailing the whereabouts of their snowflake(s) via the tracking number provided
- The tracking number provided also acts to exonerate any responsibility on my part for any miscarry of snowflakes or snowflakes lost during the transit of delivery
- Snowflakes found are neither exchangeable nor refundable
- The above also applies to snowflakes damaged or lost during the transit of delivery
MISC
- All prices are non-negotiable and exclude Postage & Packing Costs
- Variations in photography lighting and monitor resolution calibration may cause the actual colours of snowflakes to differ from that as pictured
